How To Be an EnerPro Referral Agent

Our Recruitment Consultants are constantly in touch with the best candidates in the market. Through our daily communication, we are able to identify candidates who are respectable and trustworthy. We would like these candidates to be part of EnerPro’s growth by engaging them in our resource development strategy. Once a trusted candidate has been identified, the Recruitment Consultant will proceed to nominate him to the Recruitment Manager to be an authorized referral agent. The candidate’s profile will be assessed and his authorization as a referral agent will be granted accordingly.

However, if you have not been identified by any of our consultants, you are still welcomed to apply directly to our Recruitment Manager to become a referral agent.
